Enhancing Care and Delivering with Technology

For decades, traditional treatment models have relied on fragmented care, outdated processes, and limited accountability for long-term outcomes. While many providers deliver compassionate care, the industry has been slow to embrace the technologies and measurement systems capable of creating truly personalized treatment experiences, streamlining access to care, and tracking patient progress long after discharge to prevent relapse.

The consequences are profound. Behavioral health remains one of the most costly and inconsistent sectors of healthcare, with substance use disorder relapse rates reported as high as 90 percent. Patients and families often find themselves trapped in a revolving door of treatment episodes that disrupt lives, strain resources, and fail to produce lasting recovery. IBHG was built to change that by adding to the vital personal connections of traditional care.

We treat adults between the ages of 18 & 24 struggling with substance use and accompanying depression, anxiety or other behavioral health issues through our levels of care

Advanced screening and measurement technologies through the University of Chicago, giving exponentially accurate and rapid assessment capabilities to determine the precise level of care needed.

Screening and Measurement

Clinical treatment

Both  Evidence-Based Care (EBC) and Measurement-Based Care (MBC)

MBC is lacking in many treatment programs – in fact very few programs rely on it.

MBC means routinely collecting data from patients during treatment — using standardized questionnaires and tools — to track progress and adjust care in real time. It's about how we monitor and refine treatment as it's happening.  This helps us understand if a patient is responding to the treatment provided through regular testing and monitoring.  It answers the question: "Is this treatment actually working for this specific patient?"

Specificity of treatment plans based on more accurate assessments.

Traditional Care

Varies from non-existent to traditional interviews and standardized test.

“Evidence-based” care Evidence-Based Care (EBC)
refers to treatments and clinical approaches that have been proven to work through research and clinical studies. The clinician chooses what to do based on the best available science.  For example, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression because studies show it works.  EBC answers the question, “What treatment should we use?"
